3. etiam does not have any unique refund and cancellation policy
For ETIAM –
Cancellation, refundable & Return policy is not applicable if any item can be purchased directly from the store, then it undergoes policy of service provider. Below are applicable if purchased product through etiam delivery.
Cancellation Return & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Period:
- Customers can cancel their order at any time until the parcel is physically delivered to them. Once the parcel is handed over to the customer, the order cannot be cancelled.

- open our website or application --- > login your account -- > cancel option in the orders page
3. Order Processing Time:
- We strive to process orders promptly. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If the cancellation request is made before the order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the cancellation request is made after the order is processed or shipped, the customer may need to follow the refund process outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Changes to Cancellation Policy:
- We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

- If you are unsatisfied with your order, especially in terms of product quality. we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 24 hours of delivery.
- Unfortunately, Etiam Store is not offering reverse pickup, you may have to self-take the item to the store.
- A refund will be issued only after the product is received and accepted by the seller. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).

- We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. - Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. - European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. - Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
